I use a service plus cost of food pricing system. Under this system, I will charge a flat rate for my work, and you pay the cost of the groceries. This benefits both of us - the price of food is variable, and you can be a bit more selective with where the food is sourced. If you wish for me to stop at a particular butcher or market, I will be able to do so and simply forward you a single bill for everything.
For a basic weekly meal prep service, I charge:
$200 service fee PLUS a grocery deposit of $50.
The base service fee covers up to four different meals with up to four servings, shopping, and cleanup at the end.
Each meal includes a full entree and sides, portioned into reheatable containers either frozen or refrigerated.
If you want additional servings, I will add an additional $10 per meal per serving.
Additional meals will be $25 per meal.
The grocery budget is subject to change after all is said and done. If the grocery costs are less than $50, you will receive a credit to charge back or be applied to a future service. If the costs are greater than $50, you will be charged for the difference. If you sign up for a regular service, we can adjust the grocery budget to increase or reduce the budget to your liking.
For a dinner party service, I charge:
$250 service fee PLUS a grocery deposit of $25.
The base service fee covers shopping, preparation, plating, serving, and cleanup after the meal has ended and guests are done.
The dinner party service will include an appetizer served before the meal, entrees, and sides. Optionally, I can work out bringing a dessert from any of your preferred sources and add it to the grocery charge.
